OIDEI Kickoff

OIDEI kicks off each academic year by bringing faculty and staff together to share our progress, strengthen partnerships, and prepare for a year where every school and unit positively shapes the experience of our Loyola Community. We invite Loyola faculty and staff to join us for the 2026 OIDEI Annual Kickoff on Thursday, September 17, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Our Kickoff will center those at the heart of our mission: our students.

Before the year gains speed, we encourage faculty and staff to pause and return to the voices that remind us why Inclusive Excellence, and the work we do to achieve it, matters.

Building on the momentum of Loyola’s student success strategy, we will facilitate a a student panel that invites us to listen deeply, learn from lived experiences outside of our own, and discuss how to translate these stories into meaningful action in each of our roles.
